Great book. I have already got the kindle version of it. My heartfelt gratitude to you. Would be great if we added some more of the missing common foods to the list of the different tastes excel sheet viz. green beans, pumpkin, ridge gourd, snake gourd, papdi(surti/valor), purple yam, elephant foot yam(suran), pearl millet(bajra), little millet, sorghum(Jowar), amaranth(millet) as well as the leafy vegetable(Red Amaranthus), Bale Fruit, Jackfruit(both ripe and unripe), blueberry, zucchini, Gauvar, Taro/Arvi/Edo root, Yuca/Cassava/Sabudana root, turnip, rutabaga, asparagus, water chestnut(singhara), Phool makhana/popped lotus seeds.
