These sheets must remain handy for each one of us at all times as they help us in serving as constant reminders of the essentiality of these nutrients , how to get them and the symptoms of their deficiency so that one is able to immediately replenish them at first sign of their deficiency. Ideally they should be remembered by heart to instill right diet in our daily routine so that deficiency doesn’t arise at all.
